4. I placed an order but I have not received an order confirmation yet. When will I get it?
There might be in your junk folder. Otherwise, kindly let us know and we will send you another one as soon as possible

Returns & Refunds
1. How do I return an item?
For confirmed orders, we are sorry to let you know all the Kuma Journal products are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable. In case of incorrect, missing or defective issues, please contact us at email.
2. When will I get my refund?
We definitely understand that you want to get your refund ASAP. We will refund you in the following two business days after our customer service validates your complaint, but the refund may take additional processing time depending on your payment method and bank. Sometimes, refunds might not show up in your account until your credit card’s next monthly billing statement.
3. Are your products authentic?

4. Do you restock any of your products?
Due to high demand, we try to restock our most popular items, but we might not always be able to. If there’s a specific item you want that’s sold out, contact us and we’ll let you know if we plan to restock.
